About the role and the Xomnia culture

At Xomnia, we make sure data and AI deliver real value. As an Analytics Translator, you speak both business and tech, and use that combination to shape strategies, develop products, and unlock impact. You navigate between stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers, turning challenges into data solutions that work – and keep working.

Whether it’s building a data product from scratch or improving and maintaining existing solutions, you help clients get the most out of their data investments. From optimizing pricing in banking to balancing grid load in utilities and predicting equipment failures in manufacturing, you make sure data solutions deliver measurable results with a human-centered approach.

Our culture thrives on curiosity, shared ownership, and the drive to challenge the status quo. We work in dynamic environments and empower clients to build data solutions that stick.

Are you ready to take on this challenge?

In this role, you’ll lead and co-create data initiatives with clients - translating challenges into concrete strategies and scalable solutions. Whether you’re setting up product roadmaps, exploring risks, or working side-by-side with data scientists and engineers, you’ll help shape how Data & AI is used within organizations.

Last year our Analytics Translators helped:
