As Delivery Lead, you are responsible for the end-to-end orchestration and governance of complex client projects:

• Lead the business and delivery side of complex Data & AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Define and maintain project structures, governance models, ownership, and decision-making processes to deliver project milestones within time and budget.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across teams, phases, and dependencies.
• Safeguard smooth and intentional transitions between delivery phases to maintain continuity and momentum.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at senior and executive level.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and expectation gaps before they affect delivery.
• Collaborate closely with business, sales, and technical teams to ensure continuity throughout the full engagement lifecycle.
• Drive pre-sales activities by interpreting client challenges and translating them into defined, viable approaches and commercial proposals.
• Contribute to the development of delivery frameworks, best practices, and ways of working that support scalable and sustainable growth.

• 6+ years of experience in delivery management, project leadership, or technology-driven environments.

• Strong experience leading phased delivery programs and maintaining momentum across complex project stages.

• Comfortable operating at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery, with a strong affinity for Data & AI.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• An ownership mindset focused on outcomes, combined with the ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous or fast-changing situations.

• Professional proficiency in English and full fluency in Dutch are mandatory.
