In this role, you own delivery performance across multiple client accounts, overseeing multiple Data & AI projects. You maintain senior client relationships and ensure consistent delivery quality, predictability, and commercial performance across the portfolio. You bring structure to complexity, align stakeholders around shared priorities, and ensure end-to-end coherence across the client portfolio.

You know how to bring people together, build trust across teams, and create momentum. You work collaboratively with sales on proposals and, of course, with engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure delivery remains aligned, predictable, and impactful across the portfolio.
Leads delivery performance across a defined set of client accounts. Acts as the senior delivery authority within those accounts, coordinating multiple data & AI focussed projects, maintaining strong client relationships at account level, and ensuring Xomnia's work creates consistent value.
10+ years of experience in portfolio management, delivery leadership, or technology-driven transformation environments.
Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream Data & AI programs in enterprise environments.
Experience managing multiple client engagements and senior stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
Experience using AI tools in a structured and intentional way to support portfolio management, decision-making, and delivery oversight
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including experience engaging executive leadership.
Affinity with modern delivery methodologies, AI-enabled ways of working, and organisational transformation.
Fluent in both Dutch and English.
