Your manager and you decide together what internal projects suit you best to add value to your development and CV. We place a strong emphasis on sharing knowledge and continuous learning. To support this, we organize breakfast update meetings, Xpert sessions, inspiration gatherings, and Learning Labs. Every last Friday of the month, we come together for a Learning Lab, where we offer training on a variety of technical topics, such as the latest developments in GenAI, Databricks, DBT, Snowflake, and more.
